Based upon Richard's recent (last) post, if PREV in MS is indeed the last calculated value of the function, coding VIDYA into MS should be trivial. TDREI also. Using OLE features to combine Excel and MS to handle these filters is like having a proctologist work on your tonsils.... Almost enough to prompt me into buying MS..... Bill
