Mary, The war is over in Iraq. The troops will be home in 2 years. We will probably keep a contingent there, similar to Bosnia for a few more years. The unemployment rate is below it's 30 year average. The Fed is raising rates. Corporate profits are growing at the fastest rates in 20 years. The economy is strong and getting stronger. I love Bush because of the man he is but I like Bush because he has done a masterful job of getting up on top of the terror sitiuation. His handling of the post bubble economy is excellent. His no child left behind was a great piece of legislation. Teaches don't like it because for once they are being held accountable to a national standard. Some resort to giving out test answers so there students can do better on the test. His prescription drug for the elderly is needed and he was able to put an excellent plan into law. He is hell bent on getting his energy policy through congress and he knows that we have to privatize social secruity. In short Mary, you prove my point because nothing you said is true. You and other liberals live in a egocentric fantasy world that is intellectually dishonest. I can feel the hate you have. So what member of the goverment special interest group are you?? Goverment worker? Union? Teacher?? Welfare?? John PS In summary in Bush's first 3 years he, lead the war on terror, Education reform, Tax cuts to heal the 9/11 induced recession, and stock market bubble, and Drug reform. His only defeat is not getting his energy bill through. He has inspired countless men and women in their daily lives through his dogged pursuit of his goals. Bush is a blessing to this country and an inspiration to countless Americans.
