The title tells it all, we know whats coming, and there is nothing new.

I'd like to see him write a book about Mc Cain, where he purposely gets injured and then sits out the rest of the war in the luxury and safety of a prison camp.

To be followed by "George Washington- Terrorist or Traitor" written in seclusion from his new home in an unspecified foreign country.
