I think it is a moral issue, but I also think killing ANY human is a moral issue. Just as a parent who decides to drown their 5 year-old is not simply a moral issue between them and their child, I also do not think a parent who decides to kill their unborn child is simply carrying out a moral issue between them and God.

So, yes, I believe when a mother's life is not in danger and incest or rape is not an issue, abortion should be an unlawful practice. I am still amazed how a rational, thinking person, with all the current science, can still shovel the garbage that a "fetus" with a beating heart, eyes, ears, internal organs, and most certainly a "soul" if there is such a thing, does not fit in the same category as a "baby" that 10 seconds earlier was considered less than human and the simple "property" of the mother to do with as she wished -- even to the point of sticking an implement in its head to end its life.

I remain,

SOROS
