You're a fool because you don't know how to read a Navy FITREP. You failed to look at the grades which get all the weight not the text. I know, I was an officer in the US Navy. Kerry got poor grades and they are all fully documented in .pdf for anybody to see. We are talking C grades and D grades and LOTS of them.
