I was going to send you Excel plot of close and Vidya, which shows correct alignment, but my neighborhood in GeoCities is not accessible now. Maybe later. My Metastock chart is not correct.

The TPF formulas are basically similar to yours, but I notice one difference. They use 12 for the +and- Sums also instead of 9.
