I have to choose between Bush who holds out promise to bring back the draft

Nonsense and you know it. There is no need for a draft and there won't be one unless Kerry gets elected and starts one for purely political reasons. The only people calling for a draft are a handful of Democrats in Congress who are playing the race card to argue for it, but really just hope that, if they can get the draft reinstated, that will increase opposition to the war.

and send our young men and women to war instead of the young folks from other countries

Kerry will send "young folkes from other countries" instead? LOL. How will he do that? Draft them? Oh, yeah - I forgot about the "secret plan". Is that it?

Why is Bush promising to take the easy way out, use the power of the Presidency to edict [sic] our youngsters to death and refuse instead to work with the other nations to ask them to par [sic] their share by way of personnel.

Umm... first of all, "edict" is a noun. Second, the absence of French and German troops (as if anyone would really WANT French troops in theater with them), does not equate to fighting alone. There are lots of countries with troops fighting on our side in Iraq and you know it.

In addition, the absence of French diplomatic support for the war does not equate to this being a "unilateral" action. The coalition supporting us was some 45+ countries, including countries representing the majority of the population of Europe, when the war started and it's grown since then. I think the number is over 60 countries now, but I haven't checked lately.

Of course, you that as well, though you choose to ignore it. CD is a tricky condition to control, isn't it?

Do you think that Bush is correct in giving those tax breaks to the rich and running up those huge deficits.

Bush gave tax breaks to everyone who pays taxes and even increased the "refundable credits" available to those who DON'T. I know that the Dems would prefer an even more progressive tax structure than we have now, not to balance the budget, mind you, but as part of their "taking some of what you have for the common good" redistributionist tax plans. But there are many of us who are not rich but think it's progressive enough already and do not want to adopt the left's socialist agenda.

The fiscal turmoil has put the economy in a mess...

The economy is not "in a mess" and you know it. It WAS in a mess resulting from the bursting of the Clinton bubble, but it is growing nicely now. The biggest danger to it now is pending tax hikes, and new business regulations and mandates, that we can expect if Kerry is elected.

Remember, I asked you a question

Actually, you didn't. Not a single question in your post. Unless, of course, you consider begging the question the same as asking one.
