All depends on your time frame IMO. For the rest of this quarter and part of the next there is not much to move VTSS up and much to keep it, and the Semi market, holding on for the ride.

Anyone that could take a large position and really move the support number up probably won't until after the election. Having been in and out of VTSS since '97, I'm nibbling myself back to a position. Patience is my view here and if the economy is really as strong as I believe, VTSS will do well ... in a year or so.
