Harry, current management are pros at enhancing shareholder value. They have an excellent track record. That said, I can't get a clear answer as why they want to reincorporate in Delaware. If there is a takeover (hostile) pending, or on the horizon, Delaware offers the best "protection". It may also be the condition required for a friendly takeover, I don't know.

Regarding 1995,(a long time ago Harry!-g-) I assume you are talking about fiscal 1994, where they lost $500,000. They missed revenues estimates by about 25%. Then they nearly doubled sales the very next year.

REGARDING TA, and the OBV(tc2000 equivalent?), as you are probally aware, OBV is best used as a short term trend indicator, a few days to possibly a few weeks weeks. A standard OBV indicator for SPCT now indicates that the OBV is actually reversing, a very good short term buy signal. I will agree though, that the OBV, has trended down since the beginning of August, but I have been "debating" the technical trend with John only for the last couple of trading days.

I don't like the idea of options to protect a position. I rather use stop loss, dollar averaging, short sales, etc. I hate the idea of time as my number one enemy versus the stock.-g-

Good Trading, I have another thought but will log on later, gotta run. LF
