David Brooks is a conservative.... That is why I mentioned him. I guess he wants to play nicely with others. They are all afraid of the Swifty story. I think the immediate attack by the Kerryfolk worked. The question is, what will happen now? I am sure the Kerry people are doing everything they can to break the ranks of the Swift vets. It sounds like they did get to one, but he got back on board. They will investigate them, and publish any derogatory info they can get on any of them. A "big smear" is in full swing. They can't refute what the guys are saying other than to call them liars and find personal info to use against them. So everything will be "ad hominem." I expect Fox to stay on it. The Internet will stay on it. The major media will publish nothing now but attacks on them. If the Swiftys get enough money to keep the ad running, it will get interesting.
