No one has ever put together any real numbers. The consumer end, plus the reduction in crime should be a study done to show what may be the overall effects of taking a different approach...and doing so for 5-10 years to get an idea about it, otherwise, it would revert automatically back to illegal. We know that our current method is not working, creates problems that need not exist...and consumers are criminals instead of sick...
