Michael Happel upgrades the entire semi universe from avoid to buy or strong buy. While RtS's trends are down, the sector has crossed way below the fundamentally sound line and the majority of semis are completely oversold. In my opinion...it is time to start picking up those stocks who's underlying fundamentals have been totally ignored. Also, I suggest that there has been way too much emphasis on this thread placed on sentiment. I understand why RtS keeps shouting his mantra but I think it has the potential to blind him from turning bullish at the right time. I believe now is the time to start turning bullish. Be careful and don't over commit. It is time to be VERY selective. Start buying the proper companies. I will leave it to each of you to decide which are the proper companies. Bring on the bears....
