It had to do with the excessive number and degree of liberties being taken by several posters to this thread. The "warnings" are nothing more than an attempt to get everyone to reign it in a bit before more serious sanctions get imposed. It's a simple, reasonable request and there's no need to search for phantom motivations or conspiracies.
