Furthermore, the liars on the right who claim Kerry voted against all those weapons systems we need in the war on terror may be shocked to learn Kerry's voting record is the same as Zell Miller's on those budget votes. In fact it's also very similar to McCain's.

That still doesn't say that Kerry voted against the weapon's system, only that he had company in his vote...
