Frank, Sorry I did not respond sooner but I have been off doing other things. Let me suggest you call Lynne P. Farris or Nancy Hansen at FRB. I may be on their mailing list for SIGA. The number is 415-986-1591. Again, the RCR numbers look good but the actual F97 numbers sent out by SIGA and the RCR are miles apart. I was just curious about how the RCR could miss the estimates so completely at such a late date. I mean the RCR report date was 7/29/97 and F97 ended 6/30/97 for SIGA. RCR had 3 quarters of live data. Maybe I am reading it wrong. If you can't get a copy send me a fax number and I will fax you mine. Marshall
