Possibly CSFO, you missed the reason for the 17 UN Resolutions. They were all saying that Saddam had to PROVE he in fact, had disposed of the WMD that he had used in the Gulf War, and was known to have afterwards.

He never did.

Check it out. You will see this is correct.
