I've read it. The summary and the whole report. It's very readable, and those who read it honestly see that Clinton was fighting terrorism, making some mistakes and had warned Bush about AQ in the transition. Bush cut anti-terrorism funding, seemingly dismissed Clinton's concerns about Al Quieda as worthless, Condi was more concerned with star wars than terrorism, Bush wasn't listening to Richard Clarke, who had to talk to Condi. Then Bush took a long Crawford vacation, probably didn't even READ the PDB titled "Bin Ladin determined to Attack inside the Untied States", and allowed 9/11 to happen on his watch. Bush has been a miserable failure, as CnC, domestically and in all measures of a President. He's the biggest failure of a President in American history. What other President has invaded another country by mistake? Ooops!
