Quit LYING about Kerry's Purple Hearts. The newspapers have all printed the fact that the ShiftyVets so-called Medic who claims to have treated Kerry wasn't the one who treated him at all. Furthermore, the lie that Kerry somehow injured himself is not just preposterous it means you're calling all of Kerry's crewmen and the Navy all liars. It also makes no sense. When you're in combat the last thing you care about is getting a frigging Purple Heart. In fact it's the last thing you want. This outrageously dishonest smear campaign has to stop. USA Today, a very neutral newspaper, nailed the ShiftyVets this morning. So did McCain. The slimeballs have utterly no credibility. Just a bunch of angry, hateful rightwing extremists who will say or make up anything in a futile effort to spit on and slander a true war hero. Same thing the bastards did to McCain in 2000 and Cleland in 2002. Just pure political pornography. Dishonest and dishonable.
