I agree with you on the buyback of shares. The problem is, this is only an issue for the really big companies with tons of options out there like Cisco or Intel. Even the midsize companies (personnel-wise I mean) that issue large stock options don't buy back much, they don't have to. And of course the small companies never have a buyback.
