That is what scares and makes me wonder if the Libertarian world is just a tad too extreme for me. I'm sure it is. Can I ask you for a brief comment about your feelings are Gun Control and Inter-racial relations such as marriage and Gay marriage. I am against gun control in nearly all of its forms. I personally don't have a problem with gay marriage, but believe that government has no place either 'officially' sanctioning it/recognizing it or prohibiting it. If decisions need to be made, they should be made at the lowest possible level (municipalities, cities, counties) or, in any case no higher than by the state. Moreover, I believe that trumping all that, private employers should be free to offer benefits on whatever basis they see fit, whether that includes or specifically denies gay couples. As for "Inter-racial relations", are you asking if I would support laws against miscegeny? LPS5
