I would think a more healthy approach to get a high may be exercise. You are speaking to a nation of couch potatoes here, remember? what is estimate of population getting addicted and what actions will be taken , will costs offset more addicted people and tragic to families , neighbors. I have never seen such estimates. If I did, I would seriously question how any mere human could produce them with any accuracy at all. May God knows, but he ain't talking. i do know what happens to people addicted on chemicals. Think of it as evolution in action. What happens to some young stud of 18 who 25 years in prison for dealing? Or a buyer with 2 prior offenses who gets 25 years to life? The alternative isn't free, you know. Maybe tonto has the right idea: try it for 10 years and see how it works.
