Been looking at both HURC and CDWN. Both fit my personal criteria as VALUE small caps.
Its hard not to see continued growth in computorized machining HURC appears to be well situated as being one of the "Firstest with the Mostest" forcing others to pay up. Will be requesting Investors packet. Have looked at 10q and 10k from WWW.freeeagar.com

Of the 2 CDWN in my opinion possesses the greater potential for rapid appreciation. I also like the Industry. Maryland, my home state has a well established horse racing industry. The success of Penn National Gaming nasdaq (PENN) is a matter of record. ParaMutual betting is now a year round endeavor. With SIMULCAST, off track parlors can bring in featured races from other states to fill voids when the new Virginia track is idle. In addition to the jobs created at the larger metropolitan areas where the racetrack and parlors are located (and others to be constructed); this industry supports a large commitment from the rural areas which Virgina has an abundance. Would anticipate state legislative support for help in growing the business.

Can't end without a word on EDUSF. Although unrelated, Wiztec (WITZF) an isreali software company has sold a 20% equity interest to Cincinnati Bell (a billion dollar company). Market responce has been favorable. Could be a trend developing with Isreali companies. They nearly all have large management ownership and in my opinion affords an oppurtunity to excellerate growth by sharing in larger establish markets.
