Kerry Claims He Met with Security Council of United Nations over Iraq

Kerry is a legend in his own mind and only in his own mind.

His brain is so warped he even lies about his own fabricated lies.
Embellishing his fictional run into Cambodia by adding (years later) that he dropped off a CIA agent is just pathetic.
Stating that he met with the UN Security Council will have to be embellished later with the word secretly, because so far nobody knows about the meeting but him.

I suggested right here some months ago that Kerry should go the VA for PTSD counseling. I stand by that recommendation.
