HUGO's been something, but at least has allowed me to do exactly what I wanted to do, get a quite large position, now at an average cost of 4.01. I would imagine that the problem with it, was that it was heavily promoted, and you end up with bad, weak shareholders. That's what this one has the look of. Plus Canadian resource "investors" (hopefully with some notable exceptions who linger here) and brokers (worst on the planet IMHO) are especially notorious for buying high, and selling low.
