Let's see now. General Franks said Kerry was absolutely qualified to be president.

Qualification # 1: Must be an American citizen. Kerry: YES
Qualification # 2: Must be 35 years of age. Kerry: YES

Now. If General Franks was asked if Kerry was competent to be President of the United States, we might have received far different answer.

There is also one other qualification to run for President
as a Democrat. He must be liar, such as bill Clinton. Is Kerry qualified? YES
