John Allen CEO of GCC states; "The second Resolution provides for the creation of a Share Pool into which management has agreed to place its shareholdings in Greater China Corporation, representing approximately 50% of the Company's currently outstanding shares. Up to 80% of these Pool shares will be available for use by the Company or its designees to raise capital, eliminate debt, acquire businesses and provide management incentives rather than having to issue new shares from the Company." The impact of this non-dilution agreement is unheard of in the "pink sheet" world of stocks.
