Thanks for the summary. FWIW, I think Gifford is brilliant in how he runs the business and his outlook for the market (from personal experience with them that I won't go into) to keep the company profitable and not lay off folks...

It might be one of the companies that really gets value for the option system as they underpay workers and give them large option packages to compensate. My reasons for the past years to not buy is the options are not transparent to me. That is what sort of options dilution is in the pipeline as the price goes up? Lets say the share price goes up 10% a year... what sort of earnings growth will be required to offset the options dilution? Do they need 32% earnings growth to offset dilution to get 10% EPS growth? Presently, I have no clue and don't have the experience to dig through filings to figure it out.
