The outings of CIA agents may have been done to maximize the photo op and bag limit impact of this week's counter-terror news/scare/boastings. Bushies know that counter=terror is Bush's only winning issue left, and so they want to use it to slow down Kerry going into the GOP convention. Proof they politics comes into this is that the Vegas threat went unreported. because back then they were not behind in a tight election battle. I hate to be cynical but most of my suspicions about Bushies have been proven correct over the years so I assume the worst, while hoping for the best.
