Thanks. Compound 4% a year for 8 years and they will have given away quite a bit of stockholder wealth.

For you as a LT trade to be out in a couple of years... not that big an issue but it is a cast iron weight for long term investors who might want a 4% dividend and a bit less growth ala GE (which is what I bought recently for some long term money that was in mutual funds... but got tired of the expense ratio when I can get paid by GE for what is essentially a mutual fund).
