My ex is among that group. He can't live without marijuana. He is being taken care of for kidney cancer by the VA due to heavy Agent Orange exposure in the Da Nang area where he was stationed. The affects of a war last for a lifetime and can be brutal. That's why we should only go to war as only the very last resort. We should have a President that understands that concept.
