Read the meat of the notice:

The first and most significant is related to the distribution channel, where NSM's distributors slowed their order patterns more than expected and adjusted inventory levels to reflect shortened lead times.

If you can reduce inventory because of "shortened lead times" it makes sense that you would slow down your ordering pattern. If you have excessive inventory at the time you recognize this, then you might have a order lull before you slow down the order pattern.

We need to monitor this for more then one quarter to see if there is something more significant going on. Obviously, this is not good for NSM in the short run but it might not be that big a deal going forward.
