There's an incredible chart on pg 12 of the latest Contrary Investor, I hope you can post? It shows the "employment benefits cost index" and yr/yr rate of change of this index. Right looks about 7 1/2%, no wonder employers aren't hiring.

CI then states, "If what you see above isn't yet another form of inflationary pressure negatively affecting potential household consumption, then what is? Plain and simple, accelerating inflation in employee benefits costs are crowding out the potential for wage growth in macro domestic labor markets."
