I agree - until there is pricing power, these guys are doing the prudent thing with their capital. Why bring on more rigs to undercut your own margins.

Until the E&P's start sharing the wealth, why should NBR, PTEN or other OSX companies continue to operate at today's margins. I wouldn't.

Looks to me like someone has learned from past mistakes.
