The problem is that it rose 200m last quarter and another 100m this quarter. However, sales are expected to be flat going into next quarter. Maybe that is sufficient reason to be concerned....and this company has little room for disappointment as they have great margins and a high PE. Add Chamber's cautiousness and the picture gets foggy.

Maybe they just have to keep high inventories in case the economy picks. The potential for a slowdown is really the concern it seems. Will see how the market reacts...maybe it has been priced in with that big decline but I have my doubts.

My bet is that this is the early stages of a tech slowdown. The growth last year was too strong.

I am searching for comments on inventory but have not seen a positive spin on it yet.
