General Information on Outstanding Shares of UTEK My information source advises that there currently exists (1) major seller of the stock. This is not a registered insider so specific information is not readily available buy you will notice that each time the stock pushes above $27 volume increases and the stock will come in to the $25 range. Until this seller has unloaded his position we probably will NOT see anything north of $28-$29 which you may recall was exactly where the stock gapped up to recently and then fell back to it's 25-27 range. Advice. . . Buy on dips to $25 because when the seller is gone we are gonna fly as there is zero overhead resistance until the mid $30's
