Yearly within the framework of preparation for the passage of the
autumn-winter load peak JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow
Regional Administration of Power System Management" are created fuel

situation, prevailing on the market for working media in the course of the recent
months. Prices of coal, and also the fuel mazut in the first half-year of 2004 they grew
respectively in 1,1 and 1,5. In this case for capital power engineers it is necessary to compete
with the users of the European countries for the deliveries to
production from the Kuzbas coal field.
Furthermore, in 2003 was liquidated the enterprise OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY
"tulaugol'", provided for the deliveries at GRES $$RTGR3S - State Regional Electric
Power Plant -5 and TETs-17 the Moscow power system of brown Moscow
coal. Therefore energy company is forced to transfer its power stations to
the use of Kuzbas raw material. Today the experimental combustion of coal, reached from the Kuznetsk coal field, they are carried out TETs-17 JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo -
Moscow Regional Administration of Power System Management". At GRES $$RTGR3S - State Regional Electric Power Plant -5 after trial
combustion Moscow coal was substituted in 2003.
In the fuel balance JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow
Regional Administration of Power System Management" the large part (of
about 93%) composes the natural gas. Gas fuel- is more ecologically clean, and furthermore its use is more profitable from an economic point of
view. However, for the reliable passage of the autumn-winter load peak of
energy company it is necessary to create the additional reserves of
the reserve forms of fuel, which are used for the power production in the case of sharp reduction
