JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management" works out project on the creation of
information- technological network, built on basis of PLC- technologies. New network is intended for the solution of its own technological
problems of power system.
The high efficiency of the designed information- technological network
in many respects is determined by application of PLC- technologies. JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management" is occupied by finalizing principles and
technologies of the construction of information- technological network
on basis of PLC- technologies since 2001. Tests are conducted on the base of the 19th region of the Moscow cable
system (S) of energy company in g. To zelenograde. Today information- technological network, operating g. Zelenograd, has extent of approximately 62 km. In the city the range acts, including 18 distributive and transformer substations.
The constructed network will make it possible to substantially
increase reliability and quality of the field service of energy
company. First of all, with its aid the energy-economy because of the optimization of the
regimes of the work of power equipment in the day and night time of
day considerably will increase. The introduction of information- technological network will make it
possible considerably to economize electric power due to the reduction
of transformer losses in the regime of idling in the night time. On the calculations of the specialists of energy company, as a whole on the 19- ohm to region S in g. Zelenograde savings will compose to 160 MVt·ch of electric power.
Within the framework of new project is developed also technical task
on the creation of the automated system of control and calculation of
energy consumption (ASKUE). New system will help power engineers to fight with the unsanctioned
connections to the networks and the nontechnological losses of
energy-power. With the aid of ASKUE on basis of PLC- technologies the specialists OF
JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management" can also carry out the more detailed and more
operational analysis of the supply of users. The balance of the set and consumed electric power will be carried out
maximally accurately, which is especially urgent upon transfer into the market conditions
for power supply. Information about the consumption of electric power and the state of
the equipment of networks will enter the control room automatically,
also, into the shortest periods.
Technology PLC (Power Line Communication) - new telecommunication
technology, being been based on the use of power electric brushes for the
high-speed exchange of data carriers. One of the major advantages PLC is that, that for introducing the new system is not required the creation of
additional infrastructure, since wiring exists in any building and accomodation. Actually PLC- technology converts electric power lines into the
transmission network of data. Any another cannot be compared from the point of view of prevalence
and accessibility of finished infrastructure with the power network. Electrical rosettes exist in each house even in the most distant
corners of the terrestial globe. PLC- technology can be used, also, for control of technological
processes in the power system, and for the connection of everyday users to the Internet, IP- telephony and to other telecommunication services.
In the course of the realization of project during 2005-2006 with the
aid of PLC- technologies it is planned to enlarge network, after including in it 327 additional distributive and transformer
substations in g. To zelenograde. In the future the system will make it possible to automatically switch
the regimes of the work of the counters of the calculation of electric
power in users depending on the time of day and to check counter
readouts directly from the control room of the energy-sale JOINT STOCK
COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System
Management".
The technology of the transfer of data and voice along the electric
power lines actively takes root in the western countries during the
last six years. JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management" became the member of international
association "PLCforum" in 2001. Within a comparatively short time for the specialists of energy
company it was possible to approach the production of equipment on
base PLC- technologies and to develop the unique solutions, which obtained acknowledgement at the international level. Today JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional
Administration of Power System Management" occupies foremost positions
on application of PLC- technologies in the sphere of the maintenance
