Hi Pearly,

Thanks again for all your suggestions. I haven't had time at work nor access to my roommates computer until right now. You pose some good questions and sme good rules when I mess around with computers.

Hopefully later today I will be able to sit in front of the offending computer and answer some of the questions. I'll try and be a bit more scientific about it.
