Here's an interesting tidbit that can be found by going to the Westergaard Online homepage, then "The Daily Interpreter", then in the December archives under "MAILBAG: December 19, 1996"

>>>snip<<< Officers and employees of Westergaard Online Systems, Inc. do not invest or trade in securities covered in our various services.

JW >>>snip<<<

Hmmm,,, What an interesting statement.

On one hand, Westergaard admits to taking stock as payment for promotional services in the past, and Westergaard's clients have reported paying for Westergaard's services in the past with stock.

On the other hand, Westergaard's statement December 19, 1996 seems to imply Westergaard Online provides completely objective analysis and Westergaard has no conflict of interest with the companies they analyze.

I must admit I am not an expert in this area, but to me this seems very misleading to investors. Particularly when you look at the performance record of some of the stocks Westergaard has offered as "Idea's of the Week".

Cheers Steve
