You suggest reading the book and making up my own mind. Make up my own mind about what? Which side is true? The implication in this statement is that, if you believe the Swiftvets, then you cannot possibly vote for Kerry. For all the folks who responded to my question, there seems to be some automatic and inevitable connection between the two. I find that fascinating because it is very clear to me that they are severable. I keep looking for some logical argument for why they are not severable. I'm not getting one. From that I can only assume that, for some people already committed to Bush, this is icing on the cake that somehow has morphed into the cake, itself. Reverse "cognitive dissonance." :)
