the good stuff (which is mainly numbers) outweighs the bad stuff (which is half qualitative "wobbly guidance"). I think it is a good buy down here (relative to other large cap tech names). The problem is not Cisco itself. The entire tech sector's growth is really in doubt....and the current prices (especially of the high growth companies) could just be too high. The PEs have go much lower in a lot of cases. That said, the Naz and Dow are rebounding on the oil news---just don't think it can last.
