I can hear the commercials now. Do you want your EYES shot with lasers in a trailer in the parking lot of some strange practitioner, or do you want Real doctors to do the surgery in a medical enviroment?
Then we see pictures of trailers with signs over the doors:

Brain surgery in the Red BUS
Plastic surgery in the Blue VAN
Eye surgery in the Yellow TRAILER
