Then I agree. I have a forum titled "Stock Gate" on Suite101 that tracks some of the nonsense going on with the SEC where they actually get a fee for allowing effective counterfeit shares for naked shorting despite the efforts of the NASD and SEC to eliminate this practice. They are stealing wealth of small investors and market cap of small companies that might otherwise survive.

Some say it is all nonsense, but I doubt Grasso was paid over $100M for nothing. A well disguised wolf in sheeps clothing is what me thinks that regulator was.
