The funding is irrelevant. At issue are the charges being made by 60 men, including every CO Kerry ever had in Nam......that contradict Kerry's self aggrandizing claims....In order to believe Kerry you have to disbeleive all sixty of those officers and enlisted men, all of whom provided eyewitness accounts and/or affidavits and many of whom have medals and ribbons equal to the ones Kerry claims to have earned..... Kerry has a BIG problem. J
