Most of these men aren't complaining about Kerry's service - they are complaining about his post-war activities. That is one of the reasons the Ad is so dishonest. As an example, the AD quotes Grant Hibbard: "He betrayed all his shipmates...he lied before the Senate." That is Hibbard's opinion of Kerry's speech before the Senate. But the AD makes it sound like that Hibbard is also criticizing Kerry's service. This deception is repeated several times in the AD. Worst of all is that the claims of those criticizing his service are dubious at best. Every person of integrity should condemn the AD.
