Yes, the internet is an absolutely amazing thing-- even as a poet, my life has been changed by it. Every poem ever published, as well as tons of literary criticism, is available at my fingertips. And correspondence among writers is much faster now that we email each other.

I'd love to see the medal inflation stuff *if* it's easily available to you.

And when you have a chance (and this can be by PM if you'd rather) I'm fascinated by the idea that you were "of age" and in town during the infamous Chicago DNC. What did you see from that rooftop? What were your feelings at the time?
