1) "Hatchet man" is a derogatory, loaded term, that you use for effect. It detracts from any factual point you might want to make.

2) Aside from making debating points, are you really suggesting that we ought to vote for Kerry based on what he did or didn't do in Vietnam? We know that he wants us to give him credit, but other than those 4 months -- 120 days -- while he was in his 20's, what relevance does it have?
