This group has extensive ties to prominent Republicans in Texas, the Bush campaign and Karl Rove. It’s principle donor is the largest Republican contributor in Texas, giving over $5 million to Republicans and conservative causes over the past three years. With one phone call, the President could put an end to this underhanded effort to smear John Kerry’s distinguished military service record. He can’t hide his failures on the economy, health care and Iraq by trying to smear John Kerry’s bravery in battle.
