Anybody can put in for a purple heart. It has to be approved. Kerry's Doctor and CO turned it down. He got it approved later after they went home. How? We will know all the facts when Kerry finally releases his Navy records, if he ever does. Can someone help me out here? Message 20402430 My understanding is, Kerry has not released all of his records. As I understand it, he has not signed off on the Form 180 that Bush did. Is that the case? Are the records posted on the Kerry Web Site the complete records? Any thoughts?
