Kerry took down Poindexter and Cap Weinburger. Ollie North got off on a technicality. BCCI Bank was an overseas bank. its assets in the US were seized. Kerry took Clark Clifford down many notches though he was a top democrat. I'm not sure what happened after that. Took a lot of sheer guts to take out such powerful interests. And remember Kerry sisn't have Teresa Heinz in those days. He was broke except for his salary.
